Email authentication, purchased access and control over your sessions.
Email is your sign-in method#
Complexer uses an eight-digit, single-use email code instead of a password. Codes expire after ten minutes and allow a limited number of attempts. If a code expires, request a new one. Your mailbox is part of your account security; protect access to it.
An account and a licence are distinct#
A verified account can open the Client Area. Protection is unlocked only while purchased access is active. The current plans are $60 monthly and $540 yearly, billed for the selected period. The yearly price is equivalent to $45 per month and saves $180 against twelve monthly periods.
The team confirms purchases. Accounts without active access retain Buy and Support. Monthly customers can request a yearly upgrade with a discount based on the time remaining on their membership; the team confirms the amount before purchase.
Stay in control#
Without Remember me, the sign-in cookie lasts for the browser session and the server session has a 24-hour limit. Remember me allows up to 30 days. Sessions also expire after seven days of inactivity. Sign out on shared devices; the Account section lets you end your other sessions.
