Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance without analytics cookies.
Account information
Complexer uses your email address to verify sign-in and associate your account with purchases and support conversations. Purchase references, access dates and service activity are used to administer your access and investigate issues.
Sessions and preferences
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Remember me allows a session of up to 30 days; sessions also expire after seven days of inactivity. Language and theme preferences are stored in your browser. Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and abuse protection; request information, including IP addresses, is used for security checks.
Conversations and requests
Support conversations remain available until you or the Complexer team delete them. The team can see when its support messages have been read; customers do not receive read receipts. For questions about your information, access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@complexer.net.
