Before payment
Monthly access is $60 USD. Yearly access is $540 USD, a saving of $180 compared with twelve monthly purchases. The team confirms the seller’s identification, any applicable taxes, payment arrangements and activation terms in writing before payment. Creating an account does not activate a subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are not provided for the first billable period of a subscription. If you forget to cancel and your subscription renews, you may request a refund through Support. Plan upgrades are refundable within 48 hours after the upgrade; contact Support within that period. These terms do not exclude rights required by applicable law.
Access and suitability
Use Complexer only for software you are authorised to process. The desktop client and Maven integration require access to the protection service. Check compatibility and validate the protected application before release. Discuss your requirements with the team before purchasing.
